I. General

I reserve the right to withdraw or refuse my services for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Rude, abusive, or threatening behavior.

  • Violation of my terms of service.

  • Withholding payment.

No rush orders, allow at least a month for completion.You must provide a visual reference. It does not have to be complex or detailed. Please don't be worried about your art skill when providing reference.This is a digital purchase, there will be no physical product or delivery.You will receive a full resolution PNG file.

II. Copyright and Usage

Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only.I own the rights over any commissioned art. I reserve the right to post the art on my social media and/or portfolio.

You Can

  • Use the art as an avatar, phone or computer wallpaper.

  • Post or share the finished art with clear credit to me.

  • Make prints or other physical reproductions for personal use.

You Can't

  • Resell or otherwise profit off of the art.

  • Put my work into any AI engine.

  • Change, modify, or edit the art without my permission.

III. Payment & Refunds

IV. Workflow

I will provide updates as I complete each stage of the commission (sketch, lining, coloring, shading, finishing details) and will not move forward without confirmation from the client.I can provide additional updates free of charge.These updates will be heavily watermarked to avoid theft, your completed commission will have a much smaller and subtler watermark.I allow two free revisions per stage. I will charge five dollars per additional revision with a limit of three paid revisions per commission.
