Terms of Service

By commissioning me, the you acknowledge that you have read and agree to my Terms of Service.

I. General

I reserve the right to withdraw or refuse my services for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Rude, abusive, or threatening behavior.

  • Violation of my terms of service.

  • Withholding payment.

  • Involvement with NFTs/cryptocurrencies.

No rush orders, allow at least a month for completion.You must provide a visual reference. It does not have to be complex or detailed. Please don't be worried about your art skill when providing reference.
Please no NSFW references.This is a digital purchase, there will be no physical product or delivery. The product will be sent via email.

I will draw:

  • Original characters

  • Pets

  • Non-humanoid characters

  • Almost any animal, invertebrates included

  • Furries/Anthros

  • Ferals

  • Gore

  • Fan art

I will NOT draw:

  • Sexual or suggestive content

  • Pornography

  • Fetish art, including SFW fetishes

  • Nudity with visible genitals

  • Realism

  • Detailed robots

  • Hateful content/hate speech

  • Humans/humanoids

  • Primates

II. Copyright and Usage

As the artist, I retain full rights to the product.

The product is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You can:

  • Post the product with credit to me.

  • Make prints, buttons, etc for personal use.

  • Add your own watermark as long as it doesn't interfere with mine.

You can NOT:

  • Edit the product.

  • Sell the product.

  • Use the product for commercial or advertising purposes.

  • Make NFTs out of the product.

  • Claim that you made the product.

  • Line or color sketch commissions.

  • Remove or cover my watermark.

I can:

  • Post the product.

  • Use the product in advertising, portfolio, etc.

  • Stream the making of the product.

  • Make a video of the making of the product.

I will NOT:

  • Sell the product as prints, merch, etc.

III. Payment

You will be given 24 hours to pay for your commission after the finished rough sketch has been shown to you. Payment must be made in full.You must tell me when you have sent the payment in case something goes wrong. I will tell you when I receive the payment.

IV. Refunds & Cancellation

I have the right to cancel or deny your commission for any reason with or without explanation. If the commission was not finished, it will be fully or partially refunded.The amount refunded depends on what stage the product was in at the time of the refund request, what kind of commission it was, as well as other factors.No refunds after the commission is 75% complete.If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will provide a refund.

V. Workflow

I will provide updates as I complete each stage of the commission (rough sketch, refined sketch, lining, coloring, shading, finishing details) and will not move forward without confirmation from the client.I can provide additional updates free of charge.These updates will be heavily watermarked to avoid theft, your completed commission will have a much smaller and subtler watermark.I allow two free revisions per stage. I will charge five dollars per additional revision with a limit of three paid revisions per commission.
